Residential Sewer Cleaning
Your sewer line system is the most important part of your home. If your sewer line backs up, it may cause a severe mess in your home, destroying your belongings, soaking up your carpets, and filling up your basement. If your drains are starting to smell noticeably or are emptying very slowly, it is high time you give us a call. We will use the right tools to remove the blockage from the sewer system to prevent any flooding.
Sewer Line Cleaning
When there is a serious issue with your sewer lines, you don’t want to quibble or worry about prices. We have adopted a unique type of pipe repair system where digging to reach the existing pipe is not an option. Click here for more information about pipe repairs or trenchless sewer repairs.
Sewer Repair Services
Phil Groves Sewer 911 is your go-to contractor for all residential sewer issues. Open excavation of the sewer pipe needs to be done when there is a major issue. The repairs we undertake include a proper alignment of the pipe and repairing the area where an object is protruding into the pipe. Our professionals can make an assessment of the situation, explain all the possible options, and perform the necessary repairs or replacements quickly.
High-pressure Sewer Flushing
High-pressure sewer flushing can efficiently and quickly clear build-up and sediment in residential sewer line systems. We use powerful high-pressure jets to thoroughly clean your sewer lines. Our high-pressure sewer jetting truck works by flushing and thrusting of highly pressurized water. We bring our water tankers to the job site. We have found that this reduces our working time as we do not have to wait for the customer’s water supply to refill our water tanks.
TV Inspection, Investigation, and Problem Solving
Phil Groves Sewer 911 can carry out an effective diagnosis of all your sewer line problems. We use CCTVs to diagnose the cause of many drainage issues. We have a specially designed waterproof camera to conduct a visual inspection of sewer lines. With inspections, we can find the right source of a problem in a blocked sewer and provide you with the proper repair options.
We also provide locating services for water lines, hydro lines, gas lines (private property where one call does not do), and sewers anywhere. You can depend on us for a smoke test that will help us locate broken manholes, pipe leaks, uncapped lines, cracks, and more. We also undertake dye testing to determine the connection to your home’s drainage. At times, storm water entering sanitary sewer systems is one of the leading contributors of sanitary sewer overflows and sewage basement backups.
Vacuum Truck Services
Our company has vacuum trucks to keep your septic tanks working properly. Our low-profile vacuum truck can go into any underground parking garage to service catch basins and sump pits. We have a low-profile catch basin truck that is 5 feet 8 inches tall. It can also be used to service above-ground parking areas.
We recommend your sump pits be properly cleaned with the installation of a new sump pump, as it will increase the life of your pump substantially. You can also depend on us for:
Window wells repairs (inside of the steel casing with minimum excavation and restoration needed)
Curb boxes excavated inside of a 12-inch diameter hole with minimum damage to surrounding areas, such as driveways
Spot repairs for the excavation of cracked wall repairs in a small excavated hole
Other repairs that we undertake include:
Water main break repair from broken pipes
Sump pump repair and replacement
Catch basin and manhole repair
Fire hydrant replacement
Septic Bed Inspection
Phil Groves Sewer 911 does septic system inspections before the purchase or sale of your home. Like most other systems, your septic system needs regular maintenance to keep it running smoothly. You can also rely on us to get your building permits for bathrooms or any other home additions. If there is a problem, you may not know the source of the issue. Call our professionals to analyze and solve serious septic problems in your home.
Septic Bed Cleaning
Get your septic system professionally inspected by Phil Groves Sewer 911. Accumulation of waste in the pipes of a septic bed may reduce its holding capacity for water. The pipes of a septic system serve two functions in the bed. The primary function is the delivery of water to all parts of the septic bed to disperse the wastewater. The secondary function is to act as a reservoir during the use of the system.
Over the years, the pipes in the bed build up with suspended particles and other waste that floats on top of the water inside your tank. Removal of this sludge by the use of a high-pressure sewer flusher and vacuum truck helps to improve the ability of the septic system to work properly again. We may have to use our Terralift machine for the restoration process.
Rejuvenation with Terralift
Phil Groves Sewer 911 offers high-quality Terralift solutions. The instrument provides cost-effective and immediate results to restore soil. It solves many soil problems, including saturation, improper drainage, and compaction, without disturbing the ground surface. Also, it can rejuvenate exhausted leach fields very quickly without costly excavation and replacement.
Take a look at the photographs of our rejuvenation process below.
Terralift provides quick solutions to many groundwater problems. Terralift uses a long, narrow probe and an integral pneumatic hammer to penetrate the soil to depths of from 3 to 6 feet.
Then, it forces air into the soil at a controllable rate. This fractures the soil and creates an aerobic condition.
Polystyrene pellets are injected into the newly aerated soil at the same time. This maintains the passages for the percolation of liquid away from the problematic area.
As air tends to flow in the path of least resistance, both the air and pellets move horizontally and vertically through the soil. The pellets help to keep the air and water passages open and ensure proper transpiration on a long-term basis.
